Growing up here from 1968 - 1986 was epic.  I learned how to improve and the desire to do so, whether it was sports, school, friendship, teamwork or the love of my friends and family.

 I began learning what it means to make mistakes and how to learn and recover from them.  I began to learn what it takes to build personal relationships and the commitment needed to do so.  I began to eat humble pie.  I began to truly appreciate my family, my friends, classmates, Cal Poly Pomona, and Sigma Chi fraternity.

Our experiences have made us who we are.  Many things have transpired in my life that have helped define what has become important to me - Understanding what good looks like through many eyes; continuous learning; having a relationship with God; staying in touch; being gracious; building strong business acumen and work ethic; mentoring; working very hard with my wife to provide the love, support, and enable financial freedom for our 3 beautiful daughters in meaningful ways.
